The Medium of Instruction & Course Classification
The medium of instruction for the Dip. Miss and B. Th program is English.
Students shall receive forty to forty-five hours of class instruction on each subject. During a week, generally, there shall be twenty hours of class instruction. Each class hour shall be of fifty minutes duration. In normal circumstances, the foundational courses in each of the disciplines shall be offered as prerequisites before the other courses. A team of teachers, drawn from different disciplines, shall offer the courses. Certain courses are offered as intensive as per the availability of the Faculty.
Master of Divinity Program
(Christian Psychology and Counselling)
Purpose and Nature
Our Master of Divinity program provides comprehensive and innovative educational opportunities to develop potential and skills. Christian psychology and counseling integrate biblical principles with psychological insights, promoting holistic healing and equipping individuals to address emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges effectively.
Entrance Qualifications
Bacherlor Degree from a recognized University/College in any discipline (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com. etc.)
Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) degree from Asia Theological Association
B.Th. graduates with an average grade of B or above and have completed a minimum of two years of practical ministry may be exempted from the courses offered in the frist year of the program, provided that they enter the program with satisfactory grades in the prerequisite courses and with a minimum grade of B in each of the non-credit couses. B.Th. graduates with an average grade less than B shall be required to do the whole program.
Graduation Requirements
Successful completion of 60 credit units for theological Bachelor's degree holders with a GPA of B or above.
Successful completion of 90 credit units for non-theological Bachelor degree holders.
An assessment of ministry involvement that meets set requirements.
An assessment of character and spiritual development that meets set requirements/standards.
BA & Bachelor of Theology Program
Purpose and Nature
BA & B. Th program is a three year program of study designed for the candidates seeking to pursue both theological and secular degrees and to train young men and women for missionary service, pastoral ministry, and pursuing higher studies.
Entrance Qualification
Successful completion of Intermediate/Higher Secondary/Pre-university/Pre-Degree Course (10+2) with the eligibility to enroll for degree course in any of the recognized universities.
Graduation Requirements
Successful completion of 108 credit hours
An assessment of field education involvement as assessment of character, spiritual development and ministry commitment.
Diploma in Theology Program
Purpose and Nature
Program granting the Diploma and designed to qualify graduates to function in ministry

Successful Complection of 10th Matriculation

Grading and Examination
To receive a pass in any course, the student should earn a minimum of a C- grade. For the calculation of final grade for a course of B. Th. 60 percent shall be taken from the final examination, and 40 percent from the classwork, which will include reading reports, research papers, etc. The final examination shall be of two/three-hour duration.
